Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy

A bribe involves offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value (money, gifts, favors) to influence the actions of an official or another person in a position of responsibility. 

We are complying with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009(Act 694) and Anti-Corruption Act 1997 (Act 575) , provide regular training to employees about the anti-bribery policy and ethical behavior. Ensure they understand how to recognize and respond to bribery. 

Provide clear rules and guidance on acceptable and unacceptable conduct, including how to handle gifts, hospitality, and interaction with government officials or third parties. Also to safeguard the organization reputation by demonstrating a strong stance against unethical practices,
